UPDATE - Topsite hosting termination http://www.osempire.com/community/showthread.php?t=12118 After a lengthy outage the topsite server is back online, I suggest everyone begin migrating their topsite to another web host immediately. ================================= The primary IP of the topsite server is under DOS attack. We do not have knowledge at this time if the attack is malicious or just a really busy site mass loading a button.php. We are in communication with the security team at the datacenter who has been working for the past hour to get us a prompt to work with. I'll post back here with updates as soon as they are available.

Steps to follow if your website or server appears to be down
Cpanel and phpmyadmin have size limits on the files that can be uploaded through it. If you are having troubles restoring a large backup, open a support ticket and we will restore it for you from the server root.
Incoming mail server (POP3/IMAP server): mail.yourdomain.com Outgoing mail server (SMTP server): mail.yourdomain.com Or Host: mail.yourdomain.com Username: the full e-mail address. Example: you@yourdomain.com instead of you. Password: Assigned in cPanel -> Email -> Manage/Add/Remove Accounts. SMTP authentication must be enabled for the login to be successful.*
Some customers have issues with getting SSL certificate warnings when trying to login and access Cpanel. The security error which you see is due to accessing a URL in which the name of the site does not exactly match the domain to which we had put on our SSL certificate.
